A message from Commodore Coles Marsh

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for selecting me as the 50^th Commodore of CBYCA. As I look back thru the Roster Book and see the names of so many people that have given time, energy, vision, and leadership to this great association, I’m humbled and honored to say the least.

I would like to express my appreciation for those who have supported me, including my wife (Renee’) in the journey. I started as your Maryland Legislative Director of which I held for three years. This is the most important part of what CBYCA does for you the members. We have a very dedicated and talented team of Legislative Directors led by Legislative Director (Bob Williams).

This year I will send a questionnaire to each Club to get input on the current direction of CBYCA and what your vision for the future would look like. This will help your BOG plan and make sure we are addressing the issues that concern your club. We exist because of you our members. Please contact your Delegate if you need a presentation about CBYCA at one of your member meetings. We have Power Point presentation (provide by Tom Cusick) to give you a clear picture of what CBYCA does. We will be showing the Presentation at one of the Delegates meetings.

On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Past Commodore Don Burton for is patience, energy, vision and professional leadership to CBYCA. We will always look to him as a mentor. “Thanks P/C Don”
