We appreciate your interest in the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Clubs Association (CBYCA). We request you contact our Qualifications Officer for an official membership package.

A CBYCA Member Club must sponsor an applicant club.  Please "click" on the "Membership" link above to obtain and review a copy of the Application for Membership. We will be happy to answer any questions or comments you may have.

The CBYCA appreciates the many years that our member clubs and commercial advertisers have supported our annual YEARBOOK and we look forward to your continued participation.

The ads for our 2009 YEARBOOK are due no later than February 8, 2009. Camera ready copy does not have to be professionally prepared. Inkjet and Laser Jet computer printouts are acceptable. We can also accept ads VIA EMAIL AT ROSTEREDITION52@CBYCA.ORG,  IN A PDF, TIFF OR HIGH QUALITY JPEG.

The Bylaws are published annually in the Roster Edition of the Chartroom Chatter.  The CONSTITUTION or Commonly called the "Blue Book" covers policy, conduct, Duties and other day to day operations of the CBYCA.  PDF Blue Book   This is a ZIP file.

If you have a problem opening file copy is available to Members via Email request to the CBYCA Webmaster. This is a large file, about 1.7 Megs.  Please include your club, tile and telephone number.

Information scheduled for publication in the next issue of the Chartroom Chatter must be received no later than the 25th of each month.
