Roster Yearbook

Thanks to everyone who participated in updates to the roster. We  closed the roster updates to be printed in the Roster Edition as of Monday night march 1st.  The data collection system is automatic and what ever is in the data base will be printed in the new Roster Edition 52 to be distributed in April.. 

  You may continue to make changes in your information Data File on the FORM below which will be incorporated in next years 2011 Roster book..

  You may also use the data base to change your postal or email address or other vital information throughout the year.

Contact the REAR COMMODORE for  Advertisements and the Qualifications Officer about Roster Info!

If you are reading this now please plan to enter the info on line and Do not mail this work sheet.

Before you start get all your club info and put it on the paper form for entry on website. 

Print the Paper Form >Work Sheet . 

After you have collected your club info go to the > Form select your club from the dropdown list.

•  Enter your pass code (pass code is your District Letter (Capital letter) and (Three digit) Membership number, see next line

• To find your pass code go here > Member Clubs  (just a note: do not use the letter "O" for a zero!

•  Fill in all available information from your work sheet and answer applicable questions.  Information you enter is printed in the roster book club listings so be accurate.

•  When finished > SUBMIT!!!   Do Not Print your file before submitting.

• The Webmaster will return a copy of your entry, to your email address once it is in the data base.

•  You may always enter the data base to check your work or make changes through the year.
