The Next 2012 Edition is now accepting Display Advertisements.

Roster Yearbook is Distributed Annually at April Delegates Meeting and compiled / edited by Rear Commodore

• Contact the REAR COMMODORE for  Advertisements and Display Ads.

• Contact the QUALIFICATIONS OFFICER regarding Roster Data Information.

Note: You may continue to make changes in your information Data File Online below, which will be incorporated in next years 2011 Roster book.

You may also use the data base to change your postal or email address or other vital information throughout the year.

TIP: To help have all your club info at hand, record it on the paper Worksheet Form first then enter it on website using the  Online Entry Form. 

Submit your info ONLINE, please DO NOT mail the work sheet.

UPDATE YOUR ROSTER DETAILS ONLINE  (Here)

ONLINE DATA ENTRY FORM HELP 

• To update your roster details go to the Online Entry Form 

• Select your club from the dropdown list.

• Enter your pass code (pass code is your District Letter (Capital letter) and (Three digit) Membership number (see next line)

• To find your 3 digit pass code go here  (just a note: take care not to use the letter "O" fin place of  zero)

• Complete the form.

• This information you enter is printed in the roster book under your club listing so please make sure it is accurate.

• When finished  click to  SUBMIT. Please DO NOT Print your file before submitting.

• The Webmaster will return a copy of your entry to your email address once it is in the data base.

• You may re-submit corrections, and/or updates using this method throughout the year.

Every Year we publish the CBYCA Rosterbook and include several pages specially set as Princess Pages.

These pages include headshots of your Club Princess.

You may submit them by email and be sure to include the name of the Princess & Club.

Don't forget to get your Princess Flag from our Ships Store

The price for a single B&W picture approx. 2"x 2"is $25.00
